ConstantContact offers two separate products, SpeakUp! E-mail Marketing and ListenUp! Online Survey.
What You Get
SpeakUp! E-mail Marketing offers an easy way to create professional-looking e-mail marketing tools, such as e-mail newsletters and promotions. It has e-mail creation tools, more than 300 e-mail templates, e-mail list management, image hosting of up to five images, and e-mail tracking. ListenUp Online Surveys gives you more than 40 online survey templates to choose from, survey creation and invitation features, survey e-mail invitation list and delivery, poll creation tools, and response tracking and reporting. Both products come with unlimited phone, chat, and e-mail customer support. All subscriptions for each product provide access to the full features and features updates of each product.

ConstantContact is headed by Gail F. Goodman, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 1999. Nancy G. Freitas is the company's Chief Marketing Officer and Ellen M. Brezniak is Senior Vice President for Product Strategy.
Cost
The cost for a monthly subscription for SpeakUp! E-mail Marketing depends on the number of contacts you have in your mailing list. That for ListenUp! Online Survey depends on the number of responses you get each month. A monthly subscription of SpeakUp! E-mail marketing starts at $15.00 for a contact list of less than 500 addresses and can cost as more than $150 if you have more than 25,000 contacts in your list. For ListenUp! Online Survey, an account that gets you less than 5,000 responses is available at $15.00, although if you choose to purchase both SpeakUp! And ListenUp!, the ListenUp! monthly fee would only be $10.00. An additional $0.05 is charged. They also have prepay options to choose from. A 6-month standard prepaid account will cost you 10% less while a one-year prepaid account will cost you 15% less than the normal cost of subscription if you choose to pay every month.
Guarantee
ConstantContact offers a 60-day trial period for both SpeakUp! Email Marketing and ListenUp! Online Survey. SpeakUp! is, however, limited to a mailing list of less than 100 e-mail addresses only and a certain schedule for sending your e-mail campaign. The ListenUp! trial offer allows you not more than 100 responses to all surveys that you send out and does not allow exporting survey response data. This version is free and if you find SpeakUp! and ListenUp! working great for you, you can upgrade to a one-month subscription of your choice. If not, you can always discard it out once the free trial ends.
What I Like About ConstantContact
All you the contacts you import in SpeakUp! are safe and secure inside a firewalled encryption system that only authorized personnel can enter. If you decide to end your subscription of CostantContact's SpeakUp! E-mail Marketing, all information you upload in your account will be deleted and will, not in any way, be accessed by anybody. Both SpeakUp! and ListenUp! products by ConstantContact provide an HTML wizard that will allow you to write professional e-mails and online surveys even if you do not know HTML. Similarly, it also has features for use by the most advanced Web experts.
What I Don't Like About It
Image hosting for SpeakUp! and ListenUp! can only accommodate up to five images each. That's too little if you want to produce graphic and eye-catching pages. ConstantContact offers an add-on Premium Hosting feature that can host up to 1,200 images, but you will have to pay an additional fee of $5.00 every month.
Do I Recommend It?
Yes, definitely. Take ConstantContact's trial offers for SpeakUp! and ListenUp! and see for yourself whether this works for you or not. After all, these are free trials and they will never get away with your money if you realize you don't like the products.
